Just wanted to share a few photos to document the car’s condition before any work was performed on it. Though it appears to in reasonably complete shape there are a few wounds and scars hiding, both in plain sight under the surface. Though the car appears to be complete and rust free it became apparent very quickly that there were some issues with the car. The trunk drop offs and quarter panels on both sides needed work. In addition, the passenger frame rail was cracked and would need to be addressed. The biggest kicker was that one of the previous owners had begun to disassemble the engine. The heads and all accessories were removed; some still with the car and others lost forever.
Reasonably complete interior. Needs a complete restoration but it was mostly there. Surprisingly the dash pad was in wonderful shape and will be reused with minimal restoration.
